What happens if I am not at work or home when my order is delivered?
Due to the size of the delivery we will need someone to be available to accept the delivery or a re-delivery charge might be issued depending on location.
How can I track my order?
You will be able to check the status of your order.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard Shipping - We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events or over holiday periods.
If you need to receive your flooring by a specific date to complete a project, you can always contact our office for help in choosing the right shipping method to make sure there are no delays.
Expedited Shipping - Orders must be received by 10am EST in order to be sent out on same day shipping on special request. Shipping normally takes 24 - 36 hours.

Rates will be based on Australian deliveries only and will be specified on your invoice.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately this service is not available.
Do you ship internationally?
We can arrange international shipping by special request - contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you deliver on a pallet or individual parcels?
Depending on your order, one of our friendly staff members will recommend the best option available for your needs whether your purchase be packed on a pallet or in separate boxes.

We use a combination of Australia Post, TNT Express and Fastway Couriers in order to best meet your delivery needs.
